Payment must be received in full before your parts will be processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashier Checks and Money Orders. Make payment to Tactical Machining, LLC.

Typical turnaround time should be approximately ten (10) working days. Production load and film availability may affect turnaround time. We will do our best to meet and exceed the turnaround time but sometimes things happen.

Please send all items in discreet boxes that do not indicate what may be inside. Do not send anything you do not want dipped. If you send your parts assembled there will be a mandatory dis-assembly fee. Please insure all packages for the full value of the product and we will do the same. Tactical Machining is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for claims. Please refer to the section on carriers for more detail about shipping firearms with each carrier. Also a copy of the order form and waiver form must be included in every package.

Please include a copy of your driver's licenses with your firearm so we can log it in, firearms without a drivers license will not be processed. All firearms must be shipped in a discreet packaging.

As always Tactical Machining stands behind their products including our finishing services. We will provide a lifetime warranty from manufacturing defects. Normal wear or abuse does not fall under the category of manufacturing defects. Please contact your sales representative for more details.

Fedex

FedEx accepts handguns and long guns for shipment from individuals "when either the shipper or recipient is a licensed manufacturer, licensed importer, licensed dealer or licensed collector and is not prohibited from making such shipments by federal, state or local regulations".

UPS

UPS firearms shipping policy states "You can only ship your package that contains a firearm from UPS daily pickup accounts and through UPS Customer Centers", and "Your packages that contain firearms will not be accepted for shipment at UPS Drop Boxes, with UPS SonicAir service, at locations."
